This Refund Policy explains how PE Roman Lytvynenko, Yanhelia 20, Kyiv 02000, Ukraine (“Dedoc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refund requests for Scramble PRO licenses. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through our official store.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Solo or Team license comes with a no-questions-asked refund window of 14 calendar days starting on the date of purchase.
If Scramble PRO does not meet your needs, email roman@dedoc.co within that period and include your order ID, the email used for checkout, and a short description of the issue so we can improve the product.
Once approved, refunds are processed through our reseller and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Refunds are only available for the first purchase of a given license tier per customer or organization. Upgrades, renewals, or repeat purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of confirmed policy violations, misuse, or distribution of license keys or code outside your licensed team.
Requests submitted after the 14-day window are generally not eligible. If extenuating circumstances exist, contact us with details and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
3. Support Before Refunding
If you encounter bugs or missing features, reach out to roman@dedoc.co first. We offer “stellar support time” and will make commercially reasonable efforts to help you adopt Scramble PRO successfully.
Providing logs, screenshots, or reproduction steps helps us investigate faster and might resolve the issue without needing a refund.
4. Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
Because each license includes immediate access to the full codebase and one year of updates, we do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds after activation.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks submitted without contacting support may result in suspension of all associated license keys until the matter is resolved.
